Meat and three veg rule is a good rule that way it is always balanced. I love the rule because it isn't strict like most rules also it is a fair rule. I actually normal have a dinner 1950 style. and I love it I don't Know why but I just like it.
Hi Kyan, Me again! ;) I love this rule, specially for children. I tried to always provide a bit of protein and plenty of vegetables to my daughter and, like you, she loves it as well. I believe that good food is like that, just feels right. For the future consider to add a photo of what you eat in your post to make it a bit more personal and engaging. Good job here!
