activity 1 day 3 week 2

To de-stress I read a book or watch youtube or play with a memory foam squishy. that is what I do to de-stress.

    I liked reading your tips to reduce stress. I also find that reading a book (especially fiction) helps me to take my mind off of things, and also watching tv, movies or youtube usually helps the same way. I've never tried the memory foam squishy strategy before though.

    What sort of things make you stressed?
